I enjoyed the trial and have purchased the game. Its not a very challenging game, but one you want to play for relaxation and fun. Match 3 game with mini games in between. These are my kind of games that do not have dark, menacing story lines, colors and background. Wish we had more pleasant ones like this.

You are traveling around France collecting different items. This M3 has very clear graphics and the music isn't annoying. Even on Relaxed mode it can be challenging but there are quite a few different power ups to be used. I really like this game and will probably get it.

With multiple types of match 3 games (swap. groups, etc.), different modes of screens (earn varied types of powerups, collect items to overcome obstacles, etc.) and hidden object scenes and find the differences puzzles thrown in, there is no way you will be bored with this game. I like this series. It's stress free and relaxing but fun at the same time. I don't get bored with it at all. Suitable for beginners and intermediate players.
There are 24 levels in each chapter and there are four chapters in which you'll travel to Provence, Normandy, Champagne and Paris.

I recommend this game!

I loved Spring in Japan, not so much Summer in Italy, but Autumn in France is actually not that bad, in fact, it's kind of relaxing and it has some decent features. I think the biggest turnoff for me personally was the icons themselves which weren't that appealing and consisted of pumpkins, lighthouses, ships, leaves, and pinecones, the usual fall stuff, but as far as the game mechanics, it flows well, has a good pace and was interesting enough for me to purchase it.

You can play in an Easy Mode of difficulty which has no Timer and quick charging hints and skips, a Normal Mode and a Hard Mode which doesn't allow you to Skip mini-games and has a slow Hint recharge and less time to finish the levels.

Large Matches will reward you with Bombs on the field that can be matched to create an explosion. There are bonus tiles that appear such as Chickens and Sun Kings that can be collected with a single click, and once the Icon has been filled, you can use that Power-up to destroy tiles in different formations such as a snowflake formation (did we fast forward to winter?)

As you progress, Obstacles are added to make things more challenging, with the usual Chains & Double Chains, Mist covered areas, Wooden Blocks, and Stone Walls. Each Level requires you to clear all of the Gold Cells by making matches over them at least once.

As you progress, you have to collect Keys to unlock the Chest, Brushes to paint the Coat of Arms, Shears to cut the Grass, and Rakes to collect Leaves. Once you have collected the required tiles, you grab that item from the bottom right icon and drag it to the center to unlock the chest, paint the coat of arms cut the grass etc, which opens up the rest of the field. These items are collected as Keepsakes from your virtual trip to France.

This Match 3 game also has some unusual concept features like a Conveyor Belt that moves items to the next empty field in the direction shown or Down Arrows that causes items to fall out from the bottom of the board. There are also Mini-Games offered to break up the monotony of Match 3 levels such as selecting the correct colors to paint each Coat Of Arms shields.

I'm looking forward to the next season, hopefully, we'll head to Hawaii or someplace tropical rather than Alaska or the North Pole!
