I read other reviews before I played the trial version. I'm surprised people are saying this one isn't good!

Well, here's what I liked:
- You can skip the tutorial and change the level of challenge. (I un-clicked a box checked for "hard" level of difficulty. No other options.)
- You can stack, or click multiple items to form a queue. This makes me happy because I like to set my little dudes ...Show more

Well, here's what I liked:

- You can stack, or click multiple items to form a queue. This makes me happy because I like to set my little dudes up, then watch them go!
- You can use the "fast" button to make your machines go at double-speed!
- Because you can stack, you can also get very quick results. What I mean is that using all of this stuff together, you get into the zone, and just kinda soak up the glory of instant gratification!
- This game is definitely similar to the hundreds out there just like it. That makes it familiar for experienced players, and fun for casual folks alike! It is definitely a different story line, which wasn't boring to me at all! I recommend you check it out! Show less

I feel like the other negative reviews are a bit too harsh. This game isn't the best ever or particularly ground breaking but it is fun and definitely deserves more than only One Star. I feel like the other negative reviews are a bit too harsh. This game isn't the best ever or particularly ground breaking but it is fun and definitely deserves more than only One Star. Its similar in style to other resource gathering time management games with a few little differences. you have the option to play it timed if you uncheck the hard mode box. One thing this game does a little differently is that you dont need to clear away all obstacles, there is often more than one road to get to whatever your objective is. For instance if you're trying to fix a bridge there may be two different paths to take and you can decide which way might be easiest. Also (spoiler alert) there are portals on some levels that once activated randomly generate different supplies needed to finish the level so you have to keep collecting from them until they give you what you need. Overall its reasonably fun. The map is a bit boring looking and i would have liked to see more levels and a bit more flash but again just because something isn't 100% original doesn't make it trash or only worth 1 Star in my opinion. There are many fun games in the genre and most of them are a bit more cute looking but this game is ok. I'd probably buy it as a daily deal at least. Just try it for yourself before deciding based on some super critical reviews. If you enjoy it that's all that really matters anyway. Show less

I didn't like it at first, thought it was super hard. Then I realized that there is a lot strategy involved. To win a level you have to know what to bypass and what to focus on. sometimes you don't need to build or get rid of things. 2019

It's pretty basic: gather supplies you need to get past obstacles or to build something, fill in a hole, etc. i'm current stuck on Level 37, have played it through twice but the To Do list still says I need 3 warming fires and I've lit the only 3 warming fires I could find, so I'm stuck and go to the next level. Overall, another fetch & carry game. Different story line made it interesting. Has two modes accessed by checking/unchecking "very difficult" box. "Very difficult" is really challenging and you can run out of time if you don't figure out what's needed and not necessary. Unchecking the "Very Difficult" box puts it into a relaxed mode where the timer doesn't move. What's nice is that you can play ...Show more

Most TM games require starting the game over from the beginning if you change modes. I especially enjoyed the music. While repetitive, the pan pipes were a great sound. Bought it on sale. For the first time EVER..I am not buying an offered TM game! I had to go back to my review of the CE version, where I said 'I will not even buy the SE". And I stand by that!

I'm sorry developer, but you cant just keep sending us games that are the SAME gameplay, vision and sounds as the many games we have already purchased in this style. I have had enough! Even newcomers to the series or the gameplay would find this offering sub standard I am sure.

Sorry, but as I said, for the first time I am turning down purchasing a TM. I am not going to buy this game in any form. We have to start demanding quality with our purchase power. Show less

I thought this gamer would be ok because I enjoy this style of game but it very quickly became too repetitive and not interesting enough of a challenge with very little variety from level to level. Did not even complete the trial before deleting it

I don't recommend this game.

The other day, I talked about how that independent developer had poured their heart and soul into a game. I talked about how hard they tried to get it right, I talked about how small, indie developers cared about their games and the player. I talked about how they took our review advice to heart and continued to make each proceeding game better than the one before because they care. These devs are the exception to that rule...they don't have heart! (the "and soul" part is iffy?) They surely don't care about the player, they surely don't care about improving their proceeding games. They just spew out one game after another and never bother to improve or change anything, even though reviews pour in with plenty of advice and constructive criticism. This game is a perfect example, the CE version had 32 Reviews posted, yet failed to even hit the "average" game mark, it barely made it past the "dislike" stage with a pathetic 2.4 average rating...we the people are speaking loud and clear, but it would appear that nobody is listening.

When I first played this game the first thing I noticed was the overabundance of green hues. There are only 2 modes of difficulty, and it automatically starts out in a "very difficult" mode, so you get to play Hot or Cold, no normal or in-between difficulty modes.

This game was a huge disappointment right from the start. The first level has a ton of resources and empty plots to build on but for some reason, none of that is necessary, the level can be completed in about 3-4 moves, none of which actually included building on those plots. The second level was basically the same scenario, and after several painstaking, boring levels I gave up, it's not a very fun TM game.

The Collector's Edition version had very little to offer, 20 Achievement Trophies to earn, 5 Music Soundtracks and 10 Concept Art pictures, it didn't even have a Strategy Guide.

To sum it all up, this is a below average, subpar TM game that really isn't fun to play. The graphics are boring, the resources are boring, the robot is boring, the story is boring.
