I love this Match 3 game. It is a lot of fun, but I certainly hope the developers gave a cut of the returns to JK Rowling, as the story is cribbed straight out of Harry Potter.
That being said, it certainly is an entertaining game. There are a lot of upgrades to buy, and aids to make the boards do-able. It's not really very hard, but the story is so cute. Normally, I don't read the dialogue in M3 ...Show more

This is a fun Harry Potter style match-3 game. You can acquire other clothing, tools (powerups), and places on the map by playing the game. The graphics, music, storyline, and gameplay are very nice. The only quibble I have is that I would like the choice of my character being a female instead of a male.

I recommend this game!

Great game play with lots of power-ups to buy and re-building the magic city. There seems to be spider webs but no spiders to content with at least as far as I have gone in the game.

a great M3 game that has a story behind it. there is a lot of power ups to buy as you go through the game. you are dennis and have wound up another world and you are trying to restore the wizard world you are in. i played on the untimed level and really enjoyed it. there are hints if you get stuck and then the game will decide you need them.

I recommend this game!

This is a game to play when you want to just chill. You can take as long as you like to do the matches and still get to the next chapter in the story. I like a story with some dialogue but many do not so its a matter of taste.

Well, folks, you know how I appreciate it when a developer makes an effort to change things up a bit and it looks like they have finally decided to implement a few minor changes. They have made the tiles bigger and less similar to each other so they can easily be differentiated, and they have changed the level layouts slightly (at least the order presented) other than that, everything else is still basically the same with the same features and game mechanics. (Homework Assignment: play other developers M3 games for basic ideas then add your own twist to those basic features)

I only saw an option to play in a Relaxed Untimed Mode in this Swap type Match 3 game, where you swap tiles to make matches of at least 3 identical elements. You must make matches over all of the Gold Cells (and eventually Red cells that turn Gold) and make the required number of matches of each Element shown to the right of the screen. Elements inside of Bubbles, Morph (I think they appear when you make large matches, but I'm not positive) which allows you to pop the bubble when the desired element appears inside the bubble.

The Chained Tiled has been replaced with Spider Webs although I'm not really sure what spiderwebs and elves have to do with each other? But I did I ask for something different and if spiderwebs are what they chose, then spiderwebs it is!

You must purchase all 4 World Upgrades to progress to the next Chapter, with the Stars you earn playing the Match 3 levels. The upgrades still aren't very interesting nor are they colorful. It completely defeats the purpose of an upgrade, the purpose is to keep the player enthusiastic about playing so they want to finish building the kingdom, not inconvenienced by the annoyance.

Large Matches allow you to use any of the Power-ups once the Mana Meter recharges. The larger the match, the quicker the Mana Meter fills. Once the Mana meter fills, Power-ups become available (included as you progress with upgrades)
Here's a list of the available Power-ups (they are the same power-ups that do the same things in ALL of the Match 3 games by this developer, but you probably already knew that too!):
*Ancient Axe destroys a single tile and/or chain.
*Magic Cauldron: destroys a 2 x 2 range of tiles cells/chains.
*Wizard's Staff: destroys 5 horizontal tiles.
*Fire Staff: destroys 5 vertical tiles
*Wand: destroys an entire horizontal row, cells/chains.
*Advanced Wand: destroys an entire vertical line, cells/chains.
*Crystal Amulet: destroys entire vertical & horizontal lines.
*Denis's Satchel: destroys all of the same tiles.
*Stone of Confusion: Shuffles the entire board.
*Stone of Destruction: destroys 20 random tiles.
*Ancient Bomb: destroys a 9 x 9 cluster of tiles, cells/chains.
*Ancient Tome: destroys a 12 x 12 range of tiles

I like the game but some levels you can not win without having tools, unfortunately I can not get any tools no matter how full I get the cauldron/or what ever you call it. Can any one tell me how to get tools??

Game has nice graphics and interesting storyline and very relaxing but no tools! It wastes a lot of time trying to beat the odds so you can solve it. Unfortunately, the dev forgot about that or cared less!

I don't recommend this game.
