Bright, colourful . Just what I needed. But what pleases me the most is that it has varients - different solitaire games to play. I am a solitaire fan but most are single game so I was delighted to have one come up that will have different solitaires to play through . Will definitely buy this.

This one is very sharp, beautiful images, nice unobtrusive music; and the best part it's like sitting down at my table playing the old, old game of solitaire along with a cuppa with no added bells and whistles. This one is very sharp, beautiful images, nice unobtrusive music; and the best part it's like sitting down at my table playing the old, old game of solitaire along with a cuppa with no added bells and whistles. There is no story either, (least not so far in my game) never figure why every single game needs a story not in my book they don't, well yeah in audio/books yes they do.

Please take us folks into account we just do not have 8+ hours a day for games, least I don't so this one fits our "escapism" time out for a game any day of the week.

Card game players with the least time for games this will suit. Show less

I recently played a similar solitaire game by this developer. I liked the having 4 different solitaire variations to play. There is little in the way of explaining the some of the scoring to win a star. Some levels have "points cleared" star, but there this no reference to a card's point value and other than the multiplier, no explanation of how to maximize your points in a hand. I recently played a similar solitaire game by this developer. I liked the having 4 different solitaire variations to play. There is little in the way of explaining the some of the scoring to win a star. Some levels have "points cleared" star, but there this no reference to a card's point value and other than the multiplier, no explanation of how to maximize your points in a hand. The "combo managed" star is the worst because unless you make all combos before pulling from the deck, you can't win the hand. Not every game has the same objective to win stars, so not every hand in golf (for example) is won the same way. Despite the confusing scoring, I thought this game was a refreshing change from some other solitaire games out there. Show less

I have to admit that I was pleasantly surprised by this game. I've purchased some of this developer's other games and my interest waned when they started doing cookie cutter versions of their other solitaire and mah jong games.

But I always enjoy the sharp, clear, and bright artwork and their music choice this time around was pleasant. I wasn't thrilled with some of their sound effects, but I changed that. And if it was not for the fact that I love Christmas games - the Hawaiian in me is right at home with this tropical Christmas game! - and that this has the "just right" playability (not too hard, not too easy, just right...), I probably would have not given this game a try. As it was, I did try it, and I honestly cannot complain too loudly. Show less

I own a ton of Solitaire games by this developer and they do have a couple of features that I absolutely love (I'll get into that in a minute) but there are also a few features that are preventing me from purchasing this colorful Golf type Solitaire game.

For starters, I love that this developer allows you to simply click anywhere on the screen after completing a level, to bypass the theatrics and go straight to the scorecard where you can select Restart or Continue. I also love that they hide several cards behind what seems to be a single card and you never know what piles to go after because it may have just 1 card or it may have 25 cards to have to remove!

This is a Higher/Lower Solitaire game otherwise known as Golf Solitaire. There are 4 categories and each category has a whopping 42 levels each so you do get your money's worth!
There are 6 Card Backs to choose from but there are really only three designs and the rest are color variations of the third design. There are 3 Card Font styles, a Tropical design, a Beach design, and a plain font design, however, in my opinion, they are all quite small as far as fonts go. There are also 5 Awards available in several categories that will eventually allow you to earn 3-stars for each award.

You are tasked with completing level goals that are shown on the bottom left and you will earn money and points by removing cards from the board. If you use the Hint or Undo features, these will not only cost you valuable points AND money, but it will also reset the multiplier index...that's brutal!

You can earn Jokers and Number Specific Wildcards randomly, and that's a good thing because a Joker costs $50,000 and the Wildcards are $25,000 each, that's just as brutal.

There doesn't seem to be any Power-ups, Boosters, or any kind of Obstacle Cards to overcome. Once again, I discovered that on several occasions, multiple deck cards would flip over at the same time, a glitch that I have noticed in all of the solitaire games by this developer! I love Magic Cards Solitaire and I do have several other solitaire games by this developer and they never seem to change much, even the level layouts are the same, so I think I'll pass on this one, it is a pretty game, but it doesn't have a lot of frills. Its fine for what it is.
The cards flip quickly so you can keep a good pace of game-play.
There is not much to it however. I prefer to earn coins to build something or do something other than just play solitaire.
However, if you are just looking for a quick solitaire game this is fine.

The backgrounds are colorful, but this isn't the best that is out there. Although if you like variety this is for you. Always try for yourself.

Decided to give this 8 month old game a trial. Not very impressed. The game play is very basic so by the time the trial ended; wasn't interesting enough to want to purchase. Try it for yourself.

I don't recommend this game.
