It's very rare nowadays to Find this jewel.
I really like how they delivered the story.

I like the challenging objects to get. I love that finally there is a game that has a story of the bible in it. Yeah! I love the story that goes with it, but would like it read instead of reading it. Knowing the bible I can hear the narrative with expression. Thank you for this game and the story of the bible. Love it.

I'm just starting to get into match 3 games. As soon as I saw this, I thought of Rat and Louie -Cook From The Heart, which is another match 3 game, in the same style, graphics and gameplay as this one. I'm just starting to get into match 3 games. As soon as I saw this, I thought of Rat and Louie -Cook From The Heart, which is another match 3 game, in the same style, graphics and gameplay as this one. I discovered that there are many more games in this series entitled 'The Chronicles of...' in the same style. I loved all of the cinematic clips telling the story of Moses. It is so relaxing and comforting and I enjoyed the voiceover which said, 'The Spirit Of The Lord Is Upon You' every time you release a holy white dove in the game. Even though they are annoying, I love the shocked/surprised look on the spiders face when you make them fall off the board. Show less

Man, I wish they would change things up a bit in these games for those of us who own or have played more than one game by this developer because they are really good Match 3 games...IF you haven't played games 1-8! These Match 3 games may have an interesting story, amazing graphics, challenging obstacles, smooth Match 3 mechanics, interesting bonus power-up tools, clever builder aspects required to progress, and obtainable goals.

This is a swap type, Match 3 game that requires you swap two adjacent elements to create a group of at least three tiles. You can opt to play in a Relaxed, untimed mode and there is a High Scores Leaderboard. The goal of each level is to make matches over all of the Gold filled-in Cells as well as matching a specified number of specified Tiles that are shown at the top of the screen. Some levels also require you to collect Holy Spirit icons by dropping them to the bottom of the board. Some tiles Morph inside of a Bubble which allows you to pop the bubble when the jewel inside morphs to the desired jewel. I'm not sure why the morphing bubble tiles appear but I would suspect it's a reward for making a large match?

You don't earn Power-ups for making Large Matches, however, every match you make fills the Mana Meter, the larger the matches are, the faster it will charge. The good thing about this feature is that any of the power-ups can be used and refilled on any level, unlike some games where you have to wait until a level comes along that has a particular bonus tile to refill that power-up. The Hammer removes a single tile or chain, the Egyptian Bracelet will absorb a 4 tile radius of tiles or chains, the Crucible collects all tiles of the same kind, the Moses' Staff & Shepherd's Staff clears an entire Horizontal or Vertical Line including chained tiles, and the Stone Tablets clear a large group of tiles and any chains on them.

There are the normal obstructions as found in most Match 3 games of Chained tiles, Double Chained tiles, Spiders that spin webs to lock tiles if you don't make matches under them quickly enough, but nothing unusual or different than most Match 3 games, and certainly nothing different than other Match 3 games by this developer. You can purchase Videos of Moses' plight after gathering enough resources and you must purchase all videos to complete the chapter and open up the next Chapter's levels.

In the game play, I only got as far as the 'spiders' who make webs and need you to match underneath them so they don't have time... or they web freeze a tile requiring a bonus to get rid of it. Why did I quit? Not because of the game, its really a sweet conventional M3.

I quit because I know the Bible Story. I am now of the Buddhist faith, and must warn you that there can be some confrontation if you do not like being told 'the power of the Lord is upon you' as you drop a certain tile from board. Many times on some levels. I have nothing against this, but for me I just didn't wish to hear it. So not a criticism as the game nor the faith.. it clearly tells you the theme. Just not for me. And I felt being made to read the story to earn another element was not for me either. To me this is a big part of the gameplay you must consider.

I will leave it for other reviewers to elaborate on more of the features and different bonuses which are also handy.Its a standard M3 of good quality, it has a definite theme, and it is a smooth and pretty game. Show less

I don't really see the point of putting another Chronicles game on the table. This is the 8th one which is exactly like the previous 7, nothing new in gameplay, same old match 3. The different stories don't add anything that makes me want to buy another. The Bible is the stronghold in my life so I truly appreciate Bible related chronicles and enjoy the others as well. The graphics are always excellent, colors nice and bright, great sound quality. Have never had any problems. the games run very smoothly every single time. I don't have an aversion to spiders, but I wish the devs could use a different "critter" so the players who do have a problem with them could enjoy the Chronicles Series as well.

I recommend the series because the stories are wholesome and the gameplay is flawless. There is challenge without it being too much, the power-ups and obstructions are good. The kids can enjoy, too. Nice family match-3. Show less

The game is okay, fairly easy with a Bible story. But we have been here before as others have said. Don't like the spiders either. Always try before you buy.

I had to play this in windowed mode for Windows 10 (wouldn't you think they could have resolved this issue by now?), game play was slow, and the story wasn't the Bible story I grew up with! In short: There are much, much better games out there.

I don't recommend this game.

Enjoyment and relaxing goes right out the window with STRESS of spiders..... I'm hoping the developer will make SPIDERS an option to be turned OFF. Some of us just like the peacefully play.... after all, many of us play these games to relieve stress, NOT add to it.

Tiles falling in Slow Motion again and that pesky Spider is back.
The tiles are just plain and BORING. They could have made really nice tiles of Egyptian scarabs, snakes, icons, etc, but I guess the Game Developers could not be bothered putting in those details. I therefore cannot be bothered buying this boring Game. No sale from me.
