Don't be put off by the first few levels

Warning, this game is much better than it first seems.The first few levels are very off putting but persevere with it. When you get to the 2nd chapter then it becomes really good. The problem with demos is they quite often do not show the real quality to a game and this one is no exception.
At first the cartoon like graphics gave me the wrong idea plus the stupid interactive guide is not in the SE so in my opinion the SE flows much better You get more and more challenges and need to defeat the skeletons and turn off the portals and unless you have enough resources built up they just keep coming back. There are puzzle pieces to collect in order to unlock the bonus level in each round. There are 70 plus levels in this SE plus you still get the bonus puzzles and the jigsaw pieces to find. Find all the pieces to unlock the bonus. This is different to the Hercules we know but I think it needed a change . In the CE you basically just get 15 extra levels plus the stupid guide which we can all do without. It is not going to suit everyone but I really enjoyed this game. I had to change to the normal cursor as the one I started with was not very responsive so you may need to do the same. To get as far in to the game as you can in the demo which will give you a better idea, skip all the banter and don't search for the puzzle pieces unless you come across them as it will get you further in and also play in relaxed to start as I feel it will give you a better idea of the game the further you can progress in the demo. I did buy the CE as I so wanted to carry on playing but now this is out this is the better deal . Having said that the 15 extra levels in the CE were good so it is entirely up to what you feel is best for you.There are walkthroughs around if you do get stuck. Show less

This game was a fun 3 1/2 star game. Yes the graphics are from 1990 but overall this is a decent TM game.

It has the same music and style as Chase for Adventure.

Some unique items include a timer bonus you have to pay to use that costs 30 food so not really cheap and it makes the timer increase instead of just freeze.

It has portal buttons you have to pay for and push which only last a certain amount of time so be quick!

It also has buttons that you have to push to be able to run over traps. This will tie up one worker because they have to keep holding the button.

It has puzzle pieces to collect, but no other hidden items.

I did finish 19 levels before the demo was over so it will be a short game, but for $2.99 I felt it was worth it. Also it's low in download data which is a plus for those of us without truly unlimited internet.

Overall I'm glad I gave it a chance. I think if they make more there really is some potential for a great series. Show less

This is a very easy game as there is only one way to complete each level. It has been the best game to introduce to my granddaughter as there is no super spooky or dark about the story line. great introduction before moving on to harder games of the same type

Forgive me for being picky, but Time Management games have been bringing some amazing games to the pond lately and those game have really clever features and unique tasks so when I see an ordinary game with the same ordinary tasks that make me pick up the same stupid giant blocks of cheese wheels that are conveniently blocking my tried and true beaten path, it bores me, and it tells me that the developer just isn't thinking outside of the box. Forgive me for wanting something better, forgive me for not wanting the same game with just a different title...again! The only unusual features I'm noticing in this game are defeating Chrono's Skeleton's and turning off Portals, but those are just new to this developer, they aren't new TM features.

You can play in a Relaxed, Normal, or Expert Mode of Difficulty over 70 levels and each level has a Puzzle Rune that unlocks a Bonus Level (as well as a Fragment Jigsaw Puzzle) in each of the Main Levels if all of the Runes have been collected. There are 37 Achievement Trophies and 6 Wallpapers.

In the Collector's Edition version, you can repair 10 Office Items with the Stars you earn on the levels as well, and there is an Interactive Strategy Guide that basically just points to available tasks.

Hopefully, those of you who enjoyed the CE version held off for this SE version because it would appear that other than the Office repairs, you get all the other features? Show less

I love tm games, and have all of the Hercules series, but this one is a big no-no for me. The childish graphics are really silly in a game I presume was meant for adults, and the extremely irritating flying products, both off and onto the board, drove me mad.

I don't recommend this game.
