Tried the demo, thought it was okay, and actually bought it. I never play with the sound on, so the noise effects obviously didn't bother me. It is just different enough to be entertaining. Don't be unduly influenced by the previous negative reviews, I thought it was fine. Not five star good, but fine.

I recommend this game!

I only played a few levels of this game but I thought it was interesting. I understand why people didn't like the constant sirens and I also agree that they should have left that out. However, I do believe that people should try it to at least see if they like it or not. I will probably wait for the SE to buy it.

This series has never done well. It is from a developer that pumps out these games like a burger joint. This is one of their even lesser offerings.

It does have a strategy guide, and it can get complicated to choose which building to upgrade but that is because in most cases their is just one way to do a level and that's it. The sounds are just horrid zappy and chainsaw like. You cant skip the dialogue and it sounds like its aimed at young children.

In fact as a game for young ones it would pass the test. Its childish and if you turn off the setting 'high complexity' you can play it in relax mode. For me its tedious and repetitive and the graphics are really underpar.

There was on one level a site with a "h' on it..and during play wherever I went it said 'no path'...finally after honestly being stumped..the dialogue kicked in and told me I had a hovercraft. (I did have the tute turned off though..as early on it forced me to use a resource I needed on the level)

I dont think this game has one quality factor to it I could point out and say 'at least'...I find it boring, and although you get 10 extra levels with the CE there is nothing here that attracts me to play it let alone pay double. But always try the demo..I just expect more from a game, this is very old school. So like their old games too with the timer counting down in numbers. Show less

I did not like the concept. I don't play with sound because I find it irritating on most games. Graphics were very basic.

But it's not, so it gets two stars, and that's because I felt generous.

The music is not bad . In the last game many complained about this awful siren noise which activates as soon as a robot is dispatched. So did they listen ?

No they did not.

Then we move on to the fact that there is only one mode again despite people asking for more than one mode. At least the level does not end when you lose all your stars.

I quite liked that you could move the time capsule to different areas but even that got a bit boring when you had to keep moving it backwards and forwards..

Yet again you do not know how many bonus levels you get until you have completed the game so I cannot see how this is worth the CE price and I do not intend to even purchase the SE with all that din going on.

I like to have sound effects and I know some will like to play with them off but not for me.

One hour of that racket and I am reaching for the painkillers.

As always try the demo but I found it very samey and boring and I am not prepared to buy this to venture a bit further.

What is up with the Star Trek noise on every move ? I know the theme is some kind of space odyssey thing but to have this annoying tech noise every time you click on a task is ridiculous! I know, a shocker (especially to the developer I'm sure! tee-hee) So I bet you're confused as to why I'm only giving it a 1-star rating, right?

You can play in a High-Intensity Mode or a Relaxed Mode...however, the High-Intensity Mode on most levels, in my opinion, is stingy with the time, on some levels it's nearly impossible to get all 3 stars, and I simply don't enjoy playing on Relaxed mode because I don't want to play a TM game without being timed...it defeats the purpose of a time management game! This could have been solved by offering 3 modes of difficulty, a simple fix, but they didn't bother so neither will I.

The tasks can become monotonous and boring because they are basically the same tasks over and over, especially when you are tasked with using portals to go back and forth a billion times. The "feed me crystals" is a good concept but after collection approximately one billion crystals in each level, I'm just not all that enthusiastic about the crystals by the time I reach the end of the demo. The scenery couldn't be more boring to look at, I love sci-fi, I purchased the space-themed TM game and loved how the developers were able to use their imagination to create a space frontier, this developer has no imagination apparently, or didn't bother to use it, so neither will I.

Finally, if you expect me to pay twice as much for a Collector's Edition, and you expect me to look at boring scenery, at least throw in a morphing object or a colorful alien for me to collect in each scene to entice me to spend the extra money and give the CE a better rating so that others will see the value as well. Because you didn't, I didn't and I won't be buying this version, I will revisit the SE and maybe, just maybe I will use a PCC to continue my T.I.M.E journey with P.E.T & T.E.D

I had hoped that this series of games had improved, but I literally only completed one level of the demo before quitting and deleting.

Had to turn the sound off, and didn't like the graphics.

Couldn't see why it was being touted as a CE game, when I could see no extras
