I don't even have to check out a new addition to this series. I bought it immediately. I have them all. They are my favorite go-to "unwind" game. But, wait, what happened to Pixel Art 24? The last release was 23. Oh, well.

I do wish the developers would find a way to make the clicked on color always apparent from the other pixels. Not being apparent can be a bit maddening for the complex ...Show more

And I'm putting in a vote for a return to the brightly colored "cartoon" series. Those were a lot of fun to complete. Show less

I have several of the Pixel Art games. I enjoy relaxing with "painting" a pretty picture with a variety of colors. I do turn off the music (but I always do that with which ever game I play) .
Some of the pictures are very simple and some of them are more complex and take more time. The colors are vibrant and it is fun to see a picture form as the little squares are filled with color.

I recommend this game!

I have never tried this kind of game before because didnt think I would like it. Boy was I wrong! Didn't have an HO to play one day so decided to try this. Am I glad I did, such a fun way to pass the time. Very relaxing and extremely addictive!!!

I recommend this game!

Where is Pixel Art 24? I am also ready for 26. I LOVE these games - they are so relaxing and engrossing. I want them to continue. Please!

Finally they are using more colors and fewer boring ones! They have up to 50 colors on several of the puzzles, and very few backpacks and teddy bears. They need more like this game.

I love the pixel games. Coloring in the pixels is the best way to relax. But the game does have it's drawbacks as the other review mentioned.

They said you can't go past the first level unless you complete all the pictures but there's a way around that. Simply complete the last picture in the level and then hit the arrow button to go to the next. And voila! You can do that on every ...Show more

They said you can't go past the first level unless you complete all the pictures but there's a way around that. Simply complete the last picture in the level and then hit the arrow button to go to the next. And voila! You can do that on every level.

Another trick I have is when it's a huge picture I fill in the larger colors with the one click. It takes time to recharge but if you hit the select level button you can go to the level and then choose the picture you're working on. And presto! the meter is charged and you can click on another big area.

I would love it if the developers would make it so the color we're on is either lighter or darker than the other pixels. It's fine until you click on the color and then it vanishes into the general grey. Irritating.

Anyway, give it a try. It's addictive! Show less

That, along with the blurriness and small size of the finished images are always the biggest let-downs. The colors still are not the greatest, bringing very little life to the images. If the majority of the pieces are juvenile and of boring subject matter as in the past, this would not be a good choice for a fun, relaxing time-out. Also, when you choose a number to color they sort of highlight it but with all the shades of gray - as many as there are numbers, it doesn't help find the number you want. A no buy for me. Show less

I was not going to give this edition of Pixel Art a try, as I already own several of them and rotate them through replays along with my collection of Time Management and Art Coloring games. By the time I get to the older versions, they are like new all over again!! But I gave it a shot anyway.

I was not going to give this edition of Pixel Art a try, as I already own several of them and rotate them through replays along with my collection of Time Management and Art Coloring games. By the time I get to the older versions, they are like new all over again!! But I gave it a shot anyway.

By completing only the puzzle on the bottom right of each section of this version, I was able to see the next page of puzzles. I saw three pages of puzzles with 43 minutes left in the trial, but did not go any further.

I was disappointed in the images I was able to see along with the colors and clarity of the them. Earlier versions are much brighter, clearer and challenging. It is true that I only saw 12 of the images, but if the rest of them were as disappointing as those 12, then enough said.

To me this was a step backward for this Developer. Earlier versions are much more appealing and fun to complete. If you have not tried Pixel Art before and want to do so, I recommend trying one of the earlier versions to get a feel for what they can be as opposed to what this version is. Show less

Why do several colors grey out instead of just the number you are working on? I selected number 1 and all the number 1 cells greyed out, but so did numbers 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 11, 15, and 19! Is there a method to this madness?

Why can't I choose a color other than a scale of grey to black, for the background AND the numbered cell I am working on currently?

Why can't I at least see all of the pictures included in this game? I get that you have to complete one chapter to move on, but wouldn't it make more sense to allow us to see what is in store for us if we decide to purchase the game? The pictures I can see aren't that great so one can only assume the rest are just as unappealing!

Why aren't there any Cell counters to tell me how many cells remain in a particular color?

Why isn't there a Hint button? I wouldn't need a hint button if only the current cell greyed out!

Why do I have to click to expand the color numbers, why can't I see the whole box at the same time? It gets pretty annoying having to click back & forth to get to a desired number!
