I just LOVE this game. I am not too far into it (only the second chapter), but I have been playing for ages!

Please use the tutorial...with an inflated ego, I skipped over it the first go...and then had NO idea what I was doing. The first levels you have to collect cards that make up to the sum of 13 (8+5, 9+4 J+2 Q+A and K+K)..or just get rid of the kings to the pile.

Please use the tutorial...with an inflated ego, I skipped over it the first go...and then had NO idea what I was doing. The first levels you have to collect cards that make up to the sum of 13 (8+5, 9+4 J+2 Q+A and K+K)..or just get rid of the kings to the pile.

Once I had mastered this..it became so much fun. And there was a quest with each level to collect shards, which did not even take a perfect game to complete..but you can carry on when it says 'task complete'

The second chapter is totally different gameplay..one up one down..but quests for perfect games, or herbs to collect.
Money is hard to come by, and therefore the 'shop' very expensive, but I have already 'earned' a bonus from completing level 1...so hoping for 'stuff' at the end of each one?
There are some lovely decks to choose from, all great graphics. I am sure if I know this developer there will be HEAPS of levels, and lots of variants of play along the way too. Be kind to yourself and get used to the various ins and outs.

Very happy to have it on my desktop, really makes me think..not just mindless swaps. Enjoy! Show less

Of course it will be fun, they very rarely let us down! Graphics are dark but hand drawn artwork is nice, I like the music. The card designs are very lovely with softly colored nature art.

I feel the cards and very small dialogue print don't show up well enough on the dark background but posed no problem. The variants, tasks, games. quests keep the game interesting, enjoyed them all. Can't ...Show more

Can't really rush through it like so many others. Love that you can build monster combos. Don't like slow $$ for shop and slow earning the bonuses.

The demo had a couple of snags. Several times more than one card flipped over, game "stuck" twice briefly but corrected itself. I own several Magnussoft solitaires and love the extras and variants, great replay. A definitely purchase for me! Show less

i just love solitaire games,especially variant solitaire,i play magical solitaire 2 game constantly...and to have an updated version of that..makes me happy...the art work is great..the sound..im sorry i play with no sound..so cant comment on that..i love the fact you can change the card faces...still cant turn off tutorial off completely..please consider this in future games..thankyou bf..love ...Show more

I agree with the other reviews - it's fun swapping between different solitaire challenges and I am enjoying the maths option particularly.
I appreciate that you can repeat levels - I purchased this and am now up to the fourth quest and so far (some with several attempts) have got to three stars but am now semi-stuck. I could carry on but am perservering to get to the 3 stars if possible, however ...Show more

I am a one up and down solitaire player and almost did not buy this game. Love the medieval period so gave it a try. Folks I started playing at 7:00PM and stopped at 3:00AM next morning. Still had a long way to go but it was so different and enjoyable I simply could not stop. Other reviewers gave great details so will just say this game is awesome! Not your basic solitaire game!

I recommend this game!

I enjoy playing games from this developer and this was different because it involved maths for a change and this tested my numeracy skills I couldn't grasp it at first but with help I managed to do it

I always look forward to a new Magnussoft game and this does not disappoint!

I won't go in depth with the game play since others have already done that. I bought it shortly after playing the demo for a short bit and I am loving every level of play. I hope that we see more of this type of solitaire variant in the future.

I just love this solitaire game. Some solitaires are just repeats of repeats. This one is different, not only with the game, but from level to level. It keeps the player interested and makes your brain keep hopping.

It's a very polished game. The only thing I wasn't a fan of is the story, but I wasn't playing the game for the story anyhow.
