Hopefully some of the gamers who submit very detailed reviews will show up here. I don't do that type of review. I have a few M3 games that are like this. I think they are among the best M3 games on Big Fish. This game was a definite buy for me. I don't care a whole lot about a storyline in a M3 game like this, so whether or not it's good or bad doesn't concern me much. Game play is of paramount ...Show more

I think they are among the best M3 games on Big Fish. This game was a definite buy for me. I don't care a whole lot about a storyline in a M3 game like this, so whether or not it's good or bad doesn't concern me much. Game play is of paramount importance. I am not having any problems with the graphics, so I guess you'll just have to try the trial version to see for yourself. To me, this is a M3 game that thinks outside the box which I find very engaging. Show less

The graphics for the storyline are weak but overall I liked the Match 3 part of the game. It is a buy for me. A lot of entertainment for the price. I used the number of moves setting to add a bit more challenge. As with all games, try it yourself.

I recommend this game!

I find these games quite challenging to play with a fresh approach to the typical M3 genre. Learning how to make matches to advance through the levels is a challenge that we don't see in the typical M3 game.

j'ai découvert ces matchs 3 qu'on ne trouve malheureusement pas en version française, ce qui est gênant pour moi qui ne maitrise pas l'anglais, que je n'ai pas l'intention d'apprendre à 74 ans !
mais à part ça ces matchs 3 sont très amusants car ils présentent sous une forme originale les obstacles et les bonus .
les tuiles sont jolies et le jeu est fluide.

A great game, that is finally challenging!
This game has the same music as "The Tower of Wishes" which was another great game! The same company must have designed this as well.
Please, more games like this.

They DID seem to remove the VERY SLOW TOWER CLIMBS at each level in their previous in the series. It seemed to take soo long to move up to the next tower level for no particular reason.

So give this a chance to see if it is something you would enjoy.

My biggest two problems with BF are: 1) the lack of new good M3 games; and 2) My Game Manager is so glitchy, it takes me 5 min to buy a game. And they seemed to cancel my 4 "coupon codes for free game", but replaced them with points instead (not a problem but no clarification). And they have now made me ok their lengthy legal requirements each time I activate Game Manager (4 times so far). So their "upgrades" have just made most things worse. Show less

PLEASE!! Fix the review page! I cannot continue to do this. The days are piling up with no help, just emails acknowledging my help request. This is so wrong! Now today, the Home Page access is all messed up, too.

The game is new to me but I found that it surfaced in 2012 and has changed quite a bit. The original only generated 2 reviews. Hopefully this only will do better.

Boards are dark and icons are unappealing. The cursor, game or system, are both sluggish and "floaty". Music is bold and tribal, too repetitious. You will quickly tire of it. The graphics, except for the boards, were very sharp and colorful, nice hand drawn artwork.

Lots of obstacles and bonuses, typical types for Match 3. A certain number of tiles and gems were designated for removal. The fog was an annoying interference, overcoming the other obstacles was a more fun challenge. The variety of bonuses and the shuffle were very helpful.

There are mini games but only had a solitaire game in the demo in which I was able to complete 10 levels and earned 5 achievements. The play options are Endless, Moves and Timed. Challenge choices are Casual and Expert. I never won more than 2 stars on any level even though I accomplished all goals, so I don't know what is required to earn more.

100 levels, replayable, progressive challenge, mini games should make it a worthwhile Match 3 but I didn't enjoy it all that much. Hopefully if you decide to purchase, the process won't be as grueling as trying to submit a review! Show less

This is actually a decent Match 3 game but once again, each level has several new features, and the popup explanations last for a second before the next feature popup appears making it impossible to read them! Granted, some of the features are easily figured out IF you have played a lot of Match 3 games, but some of the features are a bit more complicated. When a player chooses the tutorial that means they want information about gameplay so give us time to read them or have a reference section available!

There are several customizable options available, you can choose Fast or High-quality Graphics, or Enable/Disable available Move Hints. You can play in a Relaxed Mode, a Limited Moves Mode, or a Limited Time Mode and you can then choose between a Casual and Expert Mode. There are 14 Trophy Achievements to earn as well.

The Level Goals are shown at the top of the screen requiring you to make a specified number of each specified tile shown, which usually includes making matches on all the Blue Cells once, and the Green Cells twice. You must also collect all Essence Gems by making an adjacent match, and some items need to be dropped to the bottom of the board.

There are three Power-ups available, a Hammer to remove a chosen Tile, a Shuffle Feature that reshuffles the field, and a Tile Hint feature that will show you an available move. The powerups must recharge after each use. Large Matches give you a Bonus Bomb on the board in various strengths (small, medium, large, etc.) and they can be swapped before detonating.

The Obstructions vary with Earth-covered cells, Chained Tiles, Archilles Heel tiles that are only vulnerable on one side, Fog-covered tiles, and Locked Tiles that require making a specified amount of whichever tile is locked within. Fire-breathing Dragons are triggered by adjacent matches to shoot flames that trigger a chain reaction of explosions. There are also Steel Crates with constantly changing numbers that alternate between being weak or strong so the trick is to make an adjacent match when the number indicates the tile is at its most vulnerable state.
