You can probably tell I am a fan of this developers jigsaw games and they have provided us with another Christmas feast.

They have a wide diversity in their pictures and yes some are a bit different but I love this, some may not like all the images but as I am always saying we all have different tastes.

You can probably tell I am a fan of this developers jigsaw games and they have provided us with another Christmas feast.

They have a wide diversity in their pictures and yes some are a bit different but I love this, some may not like all the images but as I am always saying we all have different tastes.

This year we can unwrap our presents in the living room and I am enjoying this feature.
There are so many configurations you can make to this game to get the right set up for you including bringing your own pictures in.
This is a relaxing game and you can set a timer if you so wish or have a ghost image which you can turn off any time you like. I prefer not to have a ghost image but that's just me.
Sit back and enjoy this wonderful game and one thing about this developer is he listens to what reviewers say, if only all developers did that.

Raised my holiday spirit level. I never have tried this type of game before and found it truly relaxing and the music was most enjoyable as well.

Gather the snowflakes for assembling puzzles. Each snowflake opens a gift and those reveal all the decorations. The music is lovely, graphics are crystal clear. The images are a good mix with all in beautiful colors, just as Christmas should be with no weird colors, odd-ball designs or pyschodelic patterned animals. There are 6 chapters, one being a Surprise Chapter that has a time limit for remaining closed, 40 puzzles per chapter as I recall.

I'm not crazy about all the puzzles but they perfectly represent the Winter/Christmas season. A collection of photography, hand drawn art, Christmas decor, pets, outdoor scenes, etc. I think it is a nice assortment along with an heartwarming feeling along with it.

This dev has a definite eye for beauty, as we've seen in past releases, never disappointing, and knows what it takes to bring the right ingredients together for a puzzle package filled with enough features, options, sizes, beauty and variety to please just about every puzzler of holiday themes. The controls are easy to use and allow each person to customize their playing experience. I like the Christmas cutouts on the puzzle pieces and have played using the trees and the stars, but traditional cutouts are available too.

As an added bonus, we get to decorate a Christmas room by purchasing gifts with the Snowflakes we earn for playing.

If you need a nudge to get in the Christmas spirit, Puzzle Pieces 7: Christmas is an early present to delight young and old, new and veteran players. Enjoy! Show less

I came back to Big Fish Games just for this game, or at least I am trying to come back if I did not have a bug with their billing system.

I have almost all of Graphium Studio's previous games except for two. I will be honest and say that I do not really need another Christmas puzzle game since I have not finished most of the puzzles from the previous installment, Puzzle Pieces 6 - Christmas ...Show more

I came back to Big Fish Games just for this game, or at least I am trying to come back if I did not have a bug with their billing system.

I have almost all of Graphium Studio's previous games except for two. I will be honest and say that I do not really need another Christmas puzzle game since I have not finished most of the puzzles from the previous installment, Puzzle Pieces 6 - Christmas Advent, but I am getting this anyway for two reasons: Graphium Studio is Ukrainian and could probably use the support right now, but also because the game is excellent just taking that on its own.

What I like:

- Easy to take into hand:
It is really nice to be able to zoom in and out just by scrolling with a touch pad or mouse, easy to configure the puzzle you want to do, easy to customize the play area and it is easy to play once everything is configured. What I mean by 'easy' is that you can set up things with just a few clicks and you don't spend time fighting with the UI. Also, the puzzle locks into place once you put a piece in the right spot. I like not picking up the entire puzzle by accident!

- Large play area:
Even though I would love to be able to have multiple trays, they are almost not necessary because there is plenty enough space to organize pieces directly in the play area.

- Gamified play:
You get points for solving pieces. You get more points if you solve multiple pieces at a time or in quick succession.

- Quality of the images:
You can zoom in fairly closely to the pieces and they do not appear pixelated. I also find the selection of images to be interesting, even better than Puzzle Pieces 6 - Christmas Advent.

Things I liked less:

- There are fewer images this time around and fewer chapters. I'll cut them some slack though since I am not sure how I would do if I were trying to release a game in difficult circumstances. I also have no clue what each chapter is about. It might just be me being a computer nerd having issues understanding my fellow human beings, but I'm not seeing the story here.

- I am a big Jigsaws Galore fan and I do admit that having multiple, customizable trays is pretty awesome. I can see how that might be hard to implement here, but it would be nice to have at least a big tray or a second tray at least. The available tray is kind of wimpy.

- Only one profile per game. I have this issue with their previous titles. Once you get all of the doodads, it looks like you can never reset your game so that you can get them all over again. Even though you can replay puzzles to your heart's content, you cannot reset the area, at least I have not figured out a way to do so.

- I do wish there was an Apple M1/M2 port of this game (and of course their older games).

Summary: a very decent installment to the Puzzle Pieces series and even though it's a little lighter weight than past ones, everything is top notch again. Show less

I enjoy playing games by this developer and I prefer to play these sorts of games when they are seasonal rather than general games because I find them more fun to play rather than the same old styles each time

Absolutely fantastic jigsaw puzzles, but when I saw the developer's name, I knew they would be. They totally rock the jigsaw puzzle world.

I'm NOT a jigsaw addict: I can NOT sit for hours at a time placing pieces on a canvas. Well, that's what I thought!?!

Two (2) things convinced me to get this:
1) the pictures are GORGEOUS
2) I can take my time and place pieces at my own pace to construct these (dare I say it?) GORGEOUS pictures.

I can relax and save my progress for EACH jigsaw I start; I hope there will be more releases... ...Show more

I've just recently gotten into puzzles online. I love this developer for puzzles. The Christmas theme is great. I could do Christmas all year round. This one gives you lots of choices such as background color, neat scatter, shape of pieces, rotate pieces or not, edges only, etc. I absolutely love this. I'm a bit late to the jigsaw puzzle, but thought I'd add my 2 cents.
