Match 3
In the new Spellarium, Eric must restore the fading sun and, with the help of the spirits of fire, water, earth, and air, bring the dying world back to life.

This new installment to the beloved franchise comes with some welcome changes and refreshing new mechanics. Coins can now be swapped with regular tiles if it will result in a combo. Also, all Mahjong levels can be completed with a little work. They are now less clicky and significantly more thinky. And don't worry, this won't cause delays as bonus games can be skipped and played later.

This was my first time playing the Spellarium series, and I was pleased with the variations they employed. There was not the usual tutorial. Instead, they used an "instruction manual" to explain the various options. I had to refer to it many times in the beginning, and it was very helpful. I think that is a nice option for players who are used to the game and don't need a boring tutorial every time. I liked how you had to figure out a strategy for winning, unlike some games that just have you randomly click. The mini games were pretty fun, but I usually couldn't win the mahjong ones. They could make those a little less complicated for me. I have played the game twice and will play it again. Show less

I really enjoy the Spellarium series and look forward to each new release. There are new twists with this installment including a red coin that is movable, new game pieces and new blocks to overcome. The levels become increasingly difficult as you move through the game.

As usual, it does not disappoint. I would ask, can there be a score of each level at the end of the game for limited moves? It would be good to compare how many moves you made when you play a 2nd and 3rd time. Also, it can be compared against the partners score for bragging rights :)

Love the game...they always add a little extra with each new game...keeps you on alert and great fun...there are only a couple of Match three games that I buy as soon as their released...this is one of them...thank you Big Fish

I love this series of games. I waited for another one. The strategy and skill it takes is wonderful. Don't listen to the sound much but will try it when I buy it. Thanks you for another great game. I play the other games all the time.
