I didn't have any trouble loading or playing the game. Also, didn't find that it was too difficult. I always enjoy the Mosaics, especially the ones from this company.
I recommend this game!

I usually love nonograms, they are so few and far between but this one, I don't know why Digimight made this so difficult! The hints take forever to load, even on easy mode. I have not been able to solve one nonogram yet without bombing out, I'm sorry, but I can't recommend this game....It's a game of frustration, not fun.....

When you select "play" a black screen loads with the custom cursor. No options to play the game. I rebooted the laptop and still had the same results.
I don't recommend this game.
