I have no idea why this is listed as a "strategy" game ---- it is am RPG from the makers of Skyborn.

Fans of the old style rpgs like Final Fantasy, Breath of Fire, etc. will like this one.
The story is good, as is the art work, music, battles, and crafting.

I very seldom review or comment on these pages, but this game is outstanding and deserves your attention.

I recommend this game!

Starting of with beautiful graphics, easy game play. Story moves right along. I live for these kinds of games and wish more were on Big Fish. Really enjoyed the option to play thru easy, or hard.

If you love old type RPG like early versions of Dragon Quests, you will love this as I do. Without detailed instructions, you might need several trials and error till you get familiar with what to do, but you will figure it out before any damages occur.
You can control the characters with both mouse and keyboard smoothly.
It is a buy for me.

An interesting story line that has surprises in it along with a good turn based style game play, Love how you can go back through stages to find chest and things that you may have missed when first going through the story line. If you like these type of games this one is a really great one. Do hope a new Skyborn comes out soon too :)

The story line doesn't really allow you to choose your path too much, but with all the comprehensive crafting choices and skill combinations, you'll easily be amused for more than the 10ish hours of gameplay (you can def make it longer by choosing higher ...Show more

I've played a LOT of RPGs and this has hands-down become my favorite. I've probably played it through 10 times since I bought it 2 years ago. The story line doesn't really allow you to choose your path too much, but with all the comprehensive crafting choices and skill combinations, you'll easily be amused for more than the 10ish hours of gameplay (you can def make it longer by choosing higher difficulties, maxing out the training arena challenges, and redoing certain levels for crafting bonuses if you want). Plus you can skip most of the dialogue if you want, which REALLY comes in handy that 9th time around! I highly recommend giving this game a try. Show less

I really really really wanted to love this game. I played the demo and purchased the game hoping it was more like Skyborn, etc... Unfortunately I found myself getting annoyed at the MASSIVE amount of text and talking in this story. I really really really wanted to love this game. I played the demo and purchased the game hoping it was more like Skyborn, etc... Unfortunately I found myself getting annoyed at the MASSIVE amount of text and talking in this story. I love exploring new areas, searching for treasures and even puzzles here and there, however there is very little time spent exploring and way too much time spent scrolling through pages and pages of text. I am very far along with this game and have now resorted to using the "skip" function a LOT just to "get on with it already"!

Could have been so much better. Show less

The game starts out a bit too slow with only a single path to walkthrough. After about the third or fourth level it picks up a bit, but the game is still very linear. It takes away some of the excitement.

The gameplay is fun but there are a few missing elements. They give skills/spells too quick and with too many to really get the feel of. The selection of gear could be a bit better too.

I recommend this game!
