I've been playing this game for hours. I like the unusual items you have to clear. I like the dart game. I haven't seen that one yet in the other solitaires that I play. I like the power-ups and filling up the yard with stuff. Always fun. The story line is OK but I am really interested in the unusual levels. If I want a crime story I'll turn on Lt. Joe Kenda. I am a big fan of the "one higher or one lower" type of Solitaire games, which this one is.
I love the first "Solitaire Detective: Framed" game, and love this one even more.

I love the size of the cards (cards on some games are too small for me), and I love the choice of back and face cards. I also love the many new items that block the cards. Not much more to say, except "I love this game". ...Show more

It is a really fun game and it is just like the 1st one framed. I Love both games. You get to investigate stolen jewelry. I bought it after 15 minutes of playing the trial version. I recommend this game.

This is a Higher/Lower solitaire game with 132 levels that can be replayed via the map. Once you unlock the levels in the story mode, you can also play the levels in a Freeplay section. You can choose from 6 different card Graphics and 5 different Font Designs, and there are 10 Trophy Achievements with several categories to achieve in each one.

Some levels require finding a Key Card to unlock the Lock Card, Sponge Cards to clear Stained Cards, Sun Cards to chase away the Rain Cards, or 3 Dart Cards to clear the Target Cards. Newspapers covering cards requires earning Coins, and Counter Cards requires you to Remove a specified number of Cards. Timers will briefly appear on random cards to give you bonus coins, shuffles, undo's or extra cards. Combos of 6 or more cards will activate the multiplier bar which earns more coins. Occasionally, you will receive Number Specific Wildcards and Jokers, which can also be purchased in the shop.

You can purchase Bonuses with the coins you earn by going to the Achievement section and clicking on the shopping cart icon. You can purchase wildcards, jokers, undo's, shuffles and a variety of boosters to help you by clearing cards, increasing the chance of receiving bonuses, earning more gold, or reducing bonus card recharge times in percentage increments.

I thought this game had a nice level of challenge and most of the must-have features I want in a Solitaire game. It's definitely worthy of a PCC.

I own quite a few solitaire games, but I was happy to see one with an actual story line that wasn't fantasy based.

This is a tri-peaks type of solitaire , which I prefer, and you have the ability to customize your deck of cards. Graphics are fine but nothing 3D or exceptional. There are power-ups to buy with the coins you earn -- many of them having to 'charge up' before you can use them.

Levels can be challenging especially if it's early in the game and you have no power-ups yet. However, you can easily replay the levels so you can end up at the coveted 3-star goal.

But Accidental Witness has nothing new to offer, nothing to break up level after level of solitaire. There's nothing to build or buy and there are no puzzles or mini-games to break up the 100+ hands of solitaire. After re-playing one hand several times to achieve a higher score, it would have been nice to have a diversion available.

It's a good game, just nothing special. Show less

Word of warning...once you reach the mid-60s levels (assuming you're going for 3 stars on each level), all of the power-ups have been purchased. Once this happens, challenge is out the window. Though there are 132 levels to this game, the only ones with any challenge are the first half.

I don't recommend this game.

For example, in level 2 there were 3 separate 3 of clubs cards, in level 3 there were 3 Queen of diamonds.
