C'mon people, it's a great game with a variety of different minigames and modes to find the objects. The scenes are vibrant and aesthetically pleasing. Objects are very well integrated in scenes. Great music as well!!!

Adventure Trip reminds me of one of my favorite Vacation game series, they are cheesy, old-fashioned HOG's that don't really have a lot of challenges but they do offer hours of stressless entertainment fun. Adventure Trip reminds me of one of my favorite Vacation game series, they are cheesy, old-fashioned HOG's that don't really have a lot of challenges but they do offer hours of stressless entertainment fun. I loved that this one took us all over the world to the Amazon River, Angkor Wat, the Aurora Lights, the Colosseum, the Coral Reef, Egypt, Mount Everest, Galapagos, Iguazu Falls, Machu Picchu, Mayan, Petra, the Serengeti, Stonehenge, Subterranean River, the Taj Mahal, the Great Wall, and Victoria Falls, where the first game was just about London.

You can play in an Easy Mode which has no Timer or Misclick penalties, and the Hint feature recharges in 5 Seconds. The Medium Mode is also Untimed but there is a Misclick penalty of +1000 points and it takes the Hint feature 15 Seconds to recharge. The Hard Mode is Timed and also has a +1000 point Misclick penalty and the Hint feature takes 60 Seconds to recharge. I played in the Hard Mode and had plenty of time to find all of the items on most of the levels. I will say that when you misclick, or click too far to the edge of a correct object, it does seem rather harsh to get a GIANT red -1000 points flashed on the screen in huge numbers, it kind of takes away from the whole Peace Sign Vibe doesn't it?

There are 20 Hidden Object Locations (as stated above) that must be replayed several times until all 5 Facts have been found, all 5 Peace Signs have been found and all 3 of the 8-Balls have been found. Peace Signs are only available in the Listed Word Mode and Scrambled Mode types. 8-Balls are only found in the Listed Word Modes, but it will state which collectible can be found in the current scene.

There are several Hidden Object types. Each time you replay the scene, it will be a different HO mode.
➺Abc Mode: Normal Listed Item Finds.
➺Missing Vowels: (or as it's stated on the instructions Missing Wovels Mode~Listed Items that are missing the Vowels.
➺Scrambled Mode: Listed Item Finds with jumbled words.
➺Silhouetted Shape Mode: Items shown as Silhouetted Shapes.
➺Pairs: You have to find matching pairs of items.
➺Unlimited Word Mode: Find all the objects matching the clue on the list
➺Unlimited Silhouetted Mode: Find all the objects matching the images shown.

Finding 60 8-Ball's will Unlock the Finale Puzzle, Finding 100 Peace Signs will Unlock the Unlimited Play Mode. There are 100 Fact Objects to Find and they are stored in your Diary (only the ones you have found) and you can purchase 15 Gifts (points are converted to currency) Before the start of each level, you are shown a pictured item of the Fact Object you are looking for in the scene, but it will sparkle at the end if you forget to look for it. This feature could have been a whole lot better if the objects or animals actually had something to do with the location you were in such as Amazon River Fun Facts instead of a pineapple or a boring piece of broccoli?

After completing the Hidden Object Scene, there will be a Mini-Game variation to play, such as Spot the Difference, Tile Swap puzzles, Match 3 games, Mahjong, Word Search, or Jigsaws Puzzles. I realize that the HOG's are the main focus, but why do the mini-games always get over-looked? The Match 3 games don't accept fast consecutive matches, the word searches are were all in a straight line from right to left? I loved the Swap Tiles & Circular Jigsaws, but it seems that these games just focus on one or the other, why not both? I love HO's and mini-games and would love to see a challenging match 3 game within an HO game if that makes sense?? I want my cake and I want to eat it ;)

There are mini games of Mahjong, puzzles, find the missing objects which are enjoyable considering I dislike mini games. And you accumulate money to buy yourself a "gift" which can get a bit pricey.

Game isn't the least difficult and a good one to play when you just want a fun, leisurely game. Show less

I am enjoying this game the only negative is the music which I just mute, but the most frustrating thing is when you finish the HO game and it takes you to the puzzles it does not have a option to go back to the menu if you have to leave for whatever reason, you have to skip the puzzle game which is annoying as I like the puzzle games.

I like the changing positions of objects in each set, but I believe in "Angkor wat" the special feature is not there. You can't locate the cat to finish the game. I look forward to each new adventure.

This has a good variety of HO locations and in each you search with words, scrambled words, missing vowels, images, etc. with each separated by a "game" (word search, mahjong, match three, etc. All of the "games" are used in each location, so you get good practice.
The problem that dropped the rating was a language issue. I know that the developers are not native English speakers, but I suggest they have someone review their text. Here are some examples: ask for a squirrel when it is a chipmunk (every other time it was really a squirrel), ask for a flipper when the item is a spatula (only once for this one), ask for a teapot when the item is a pitcher (when there were many other times there really was a teapot). It didn't ruin it for me, but it occasionally made me irritated that the "ask" was wrong.
I finished all locations and found all special items that gave me the final game and unlimited searches, so a VERY LONG game if you want to play all the unlimited options. That was a plus. Show less

It's a good game -- accuracy is one of my pet peeves and I found it annoying that they had a section for the Grand Canyon and it clearly was not the Grand Canyon -- it was Monument Valley -- which makes me question all of the other locations and their accuracy.

I recommend this game!

If you like HO games only, you will love this one. The only exceptions are the concentration games, which I like and tracing objects, which I found to be extremely annoying! I absolutely love the backgrounds and exploring the different countries. Some scenes are a bit dark, which makes objects difficult to find, but you can use the hint button. If you like HO games only, you will love this one. The only exceptions are the concentration games, which I like and tracing objects, which I found to be extremely annoying! I absolutely love the backgrounds and exploring the different countries. Some scenes are a bit dark, which makes objects difficult to find, but you can use the hint button. You are told before each game how many eight balls and peace signs are available in that particular puzzle. I enjoy HO games, so this was just right for me. I do not feel this is a Collectors Level HO. I own all of the other Adventure Trip HO games and I don't see much difference. Since I have only completed a portion of the game, I may not have seen additional options toward the end. I do recommend this game, but not at this price. Show less

TBF, this is not my favourite series and I do find pure HO games a little boring.

The graphics are clear so the objects are fairly easy to find. But you will spend a long time without clicking cos there's a lot of objects in the scene but only a few in each list. So there's a lot of squinting and staring.

The minigames are very easy on the Easy setting.

So I guess if you like this ...Show more
