Happy to see another I Love Finding. Yes, they are repetitive, yes, many scenes are repeated. I don't care. I find these games relaxing and fun. I like finding the cats/dogs/critters, and I like the challenge of finding ALL the butterflies, so I can make my butterfly album. Happy to see another I Love Finding. Yes, they are repetitive, yes, many scenes are repeated. I don't care. I find these games relaxing and fun. I like finding the cats/dogs/critters, and I like the challenge of finding ALL the butterflies, so I can make my butterfly album. The music is inobtrusive, the colors are cheerful, and I will be making yet another I Love Finding purchase. Criticisms would be: No option to skip tutorial, and I would really like to know the names of the butterflies. I recommend this game for a relaxing, colorful, escape. Show less

Once again, I was excited to see another of the "I Love Finding" games. I buy each one now without ever trying the demo. The games by this developer do not seem "all the same" to me. Nice graphics, objects are fun to find, and who doesn't like cats & pups. I don't understand why folks who have no intention of downloading or playing the games feel to need to give the games a low rating. If it's not ...Show more

I love these games. The graphics are absolutely the best. I love animals and looking for the butterfiies. Keep making them and I will keep buying them. Very relaxing. Love the minis as well. All good!

I own every one of these "I Love Finding" games and play them often. Granted this one is a repetition of the others but the animals are adorable, there is a challenge at times finding them (I persevere so I can find them all so I can buy all the pets) and it's great to have a game like this where you don't have to keep switching between screens to find key parts and the usual doom and gloom. ...Show more

Granted this one is a repetition of the others but the animals are adorable, there is a challenge at times finding them (I persevere so I can find them all so I can buy all the pets) and it's great to have a game like this where you don't have to keep switching between screens to find key parts and the usual doom and gloom.

Seems like every new release is a collectors edition which is annoying but don't mind on games like this.

Only cons for me is after purchasing the game it takes FOREVER to download it and I didn't care for any of the music selections. Show less

I am playing older games I missed during their initial runs hence the late review(s). Tiny Little Lion (TLL) scores another home run with this installment in their ongoing "I Love Finding (Pets)" game series. Although this title, like most TLL games is plagued with too many Spot The Difference minis per my personal liking, overall it's a stronger game than I Love Finding Critters, which I just finished prior to playing this one - perhaps because the objective is clearer here, as to exactly what type of animals you are to find. Same familiar gameplay as others in this series as well, so if you've played one you know how the formula works by now: two scenes per round with 16 hidden animals - in this instance doggies and cats, 3 morphing butterflies and a list of random hidden objects which you must find in "good time." There's a hint button and a magnifier of course - or you can just scroll the wheel on your mouse for a closer look. Nice soundtrack (I love acoustic guitar) and an engaging play experience. I have no idea if TLL has more of these games in the works - but if they do I'll definitely play 'em all. A relaxing, beautiful and surprisingly challenging game. Show less

I love these games. Yes, they tend to be the same but for me they're like the Park Ranger games. They're comfort food. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is because I'd like to see them do something besides pups and kittens. Maybe some baby zoo animals.

Why would this developer stop selling their Apple Pie, isn't that how they make money (psst: developers make games as an income)

Now, as for the Dev's pets. (a feature in the game) I wonder how many people work for Boomzap the publisher? I wonder how many people work for Tiny Little Lion the developer? I wonder how many of those delightful pets were pets that have passed away? Can you imagine how devastated they would be to hear someone telling them their pet isn't real? Two years ago, I lost everything I owned in a fire, none of it keeps me up at night, they were just material things. What does keep me up at night is the fact that I lost my beloved 4# dog, Loki, it was devastating.! So please, let's be kind.

I have given developers poor star ratings in the past, BUT, it's because those developers had fantastic features in the beginning and started cutting corners, or they weren't adding features that the majority of people were asking for. That isn't the case with Tiny Little Lion, they offer fantastic features.

If you loved their Apple Pie in the past, but you grew tired of Apple Pie lately, that's not the pie maker's fault. I am giving this game 4 stars because I don't want others to be afraid to say they like Apple Pie!
