Finally we reach the end of our quest to find Rick Rogers that we've been on for the past few games! It's great to see a series wrap up a long-term quest, and it's very satisfying. It also seems like the series will continue, which I genuinely hope it does.

Finally we reach the end of our quest to find Rick Rogers that we've been on for the past few games! It's great to see a series wrap up a long-term quest, and it's very satisfying. It also seems like the series will continue, which I genuinely hope it does.

Playing as Rachel, we get to meet more Alt personalities in this game, which is a lot of fun to see how they're the same and different from Rachel's friends.

There are some wonderful and varied settings in this game. My favorite was the black-tie party Rachel and Gabriel attended - every room in that location was fabulous. On the other end of the spectrum was the gray dystopian streets and ruined shops, which suited what had happened perfectly. So you get a little bit of everything.

I'm not sure what other reviewers are referring to when they say the graphics aren't great - they're no better and no worse than the previous games. I also don't understand what they mean when they say that the game lags - that's to do with an individual's computer capacity, not the game itself.

This was a fun game with the usual Paranormal Files collectibles: an eye in every scene and a statue in some scenes. The statues are easy to find, but the eyes can be pretty tricky. It's a good balance.

The bonus chapter is from the perspective of the villain, and I always love anything like that. Seeing the chain of events that led up to Rick Rogers's situation was great.

It's a great sequel of the game series. It offered excellent graphics and engaging mechanics, especially in hidden object searches. Despite differing opinions, I found the puzzle difficulty to be enjoyable and challenging. The storyline was captivating.
Overall, Paranormal Files 10 was a pleasure for me as a fan of the series, and I recommend it to fans of this genre.

This was a very good game. By far the best game this year so far.

The animation in this game is not the best but this is the only bad thing in this game I think. With that said there is not much in animation. I was waiting for South Park group to show up with this type of animation.
One goes through the game finding items to help to solve the ending to this story. Most are not to hard to figure out what these items do with a couple that stumped me, so I used the hint button.
The game is a little longer than most games here lately so good value.
The bonus game was shorter and a little hard to follow for me but I did finish it with the ending a little harder than the main game.
I did finish the game. After the end of both games one can go through the collectable 'eyes' to find the ones you missed. I missed one and with all those you can finish a puzzle.
I hope for more from this series even though I'm not into the Paranormal I do think this series is one of the best so far. Show less

its really good. finally we find all answers, about Ricks long search. the story is good. the puzzeles are great the hopscheenes are fun. i am very happy.

I love this overall saga - Rick Rogers starts an agency, saves Rachel Cowell from herself, gets new people on the team, disappears while on a mission. I even love the new team, with Rachel as their head. I had played a later game first (blame a long time being away) so I knew what was coming, but I wanted to play the previous games.

Having read the reviews, I thought I was prepared for the weirdness in the game. The story starts out great, then kinda decides "we need to get from point A to point B, so a miracle's gonna happen here."

The mechanics are janky most of the game. Some HOPs were spent clicking around what I KNEW to be the object, but it was going for a specific place, and other HOPs were spent clicking around, because what does a "magical trap" look like? Throw in a good amount of "how does that work in this situation?" and it wasn't the best game.

I will still recommend this game, because I like the sci-fi nature of it, and they took care to treat the characters well. It's a decent bridge to the next episode. Show less

A Paranormal Files game is an automatic buy for me. Have been a Rick Rogers fan since the first game. Wasn't sure I'd enjoy this one when Anna Gray showed up. But this isn't a crossover!!! Alt Rick sure has become more passive after fourteen years of captivity.Game play was fun. This series isn't overly mystical like so many other games. Decent and different mini-games. A lingering black screen shows up between scenes that is a bit unsettling. This episode is a decent length!! Not short like so many new ones. It was a comfort to see images from past Paranormal Files strewn throughout. And verbal references to previous storylines. The character voices are the familiar ones. Continuity is so comforting anymore. This is so much better than the current Halloween games!! Please don't judge it by just the trial. Show less

I dont know there's so much hate from ppl who didn't go finish the game.(no offense but may want to do that before giving a scathing review)
I liked it kind of. I was happy to see Anna Gray. Wish she was there longer. still miss RICHARD!!

Games were okay. I skipped a few. I do agree with whomever said make the characters their age. Drawing Rachel as 20 when her character is now 44? Bit much.
I had a lot of points and I'm a member so it didn't cost me much but no way would I have bought this full price.

However I DO recommend it for the Rick Rogers fans. They should have brought him back ages ago. But hey at least they did. Maybe they're finally listening to their players.....now bring back richard and james on the other series..... Show less

HOPs and puzzles were very good and a fun challenge. There's lots of reading if you want to follow the story but all can be skipped. Hint and Recharge times are too long even in Custom. Should always be zero wait in any game, imo. At times it was unclear what to use and where to use it which created more challenge but many just didn't make sense.

Alt Rick's research files show Rachel and her team much older than they look. They all seem to be 20-30 age range to me. So maybe the characters should be drawn looking more like their ages, not that it makes a big difference I guess. The demo got me into the town and a bit beyond. There was nothing especially unusual or mind-boggling to tackle but alternate worlds usually hold some surprises.

Characters and voices were fine. Anna Gray made an appearance to help out with some sound advice and additional info. The gameplay was okay and I always love investigating. This case holds special interest for me because, like everyone else, I want Rick Rogers to return safely and learn about his alternate existence.

However, I have to wait for the CE to go on sale. It really is rotten that we can no longer enjoy new/recent releases at a discount price. It diminishes the excitement for many gamers.

BF, I get that you want the big bucks right away. But YOU don't get that we need and appreciate those discounts to keep buying your games. Loyalty works both ways, you know! Show less

Ive gotten to a part in the game and completely stuck. I looked for a walkthrough and there is none.. I tried the hint button but nothing happens. Disappointed, hopefully there will be an update to correct this problem. I noticed one other review that mentions the same problem.

I don't recommend this game.
