I didn't expect to enjoy this game but with all the Christmas decor and cheer, I was HOOKED! i LOVE anything Christmasy.

The object of the game is to design a room with clues given by conversations "Dee" has with the client. You can also pick up a hint that will tell you EXACTLY what to put in the room. Make sure you add some Christmas decor so you fill up the holiday cheer meter. Then, you click ...Show more

I didn't expect to enjoy this game but with all the Christmas decor and cheer, I was HOOKED! i LOVE anything Christmasy.

The object of the game is to design a room with clues given by conversations "Dee" has with the client. You can also pick up a hint that will tell you EXACTLY what to put in the room. Make sure you add some Christmas decor so you fill up the holiday cheer meter. Then, you click "build" and set your team to designing the room. Great bonuses that help unlock more furniture and decor.

This is a game where you really can't fail. It's fun and the holiday atmosphere kept me uplifted the whole time i played the demo.

I encourage anyone and everyone to try this game. Even if you don't think you're much of a decorator, this game will turn you into one.

I downloaded this a long time ago and was hoping there would be another game, i guess not. I really enjoyed this game and never got bored of it, so please make another one with more items and challenges added thanks : )

In this old-school time management game, you decorate a room to your client's standards and then the elves race the clock to complete it in time. You earn medals along the way that unlocks household items that you can use to decorate your own home for Christmas!

This game was a big challenge! You can receive hints in decorating, but when it comes to building you have to come up with a system to get the elves to beat the clock. I often double-teamed an item with 2 or 3 elves and switched them around to their color-coded items.

One reviewer said that you will fail...and that just isn't true. I completed all 50 levels and it's been a good while since I've played a time management game. I had to redo a few rooms but I always managed to get it on the second try. Show less

I totally love this game. :) The Home Sweet Home series is amazing and I wish they would make another one, but the Christmas Edition is special because it's the perfect game to play while you're waiting for the Christmas Day to come. :) I always play this at Christmas time to get me in the right Christmas mood. :)

My first is Build A Lot
If you have not yet purchased the 3 Games in this series
What are you waiting for??
The first one in the series is the BEST one imo
and i suggest starting with that one as the first game
But i Love them ALL!!! Buy them ALL!!

We have a little bit of logic (trying to figure out what decor would fit each client's specifications & needs) ... we have time-management challenges (trying to get the work built in the specific amount of allowable days) ... added with the flair of 'building' and 'fixing-up' (I love 'fixer-upper' games)... and a cute wonderful holiday storyline, to boot!

I gave it only four stars instead of five based on MY personal preferences (I'm not a huge fan of 'time management' games that give no option to switch to 'relaxed' mode), but if you are a fan of timed games then you will love this game as it has a little bit of everything, but not too much of any one thing!

I wish I had not been sucked in during the demo and purchased this game. It's really, really bad.

It's cute, it's fun and then you have to "build" your design. If you fail, and you will, you can't progress any further in the game. Let me repeat: If you fail during the build, and you will, you can not progress further in the game.
