I really loved this game. I'm not into mysteries or shoot 'em up type games so when I'm looking for something to interest me, it's a mission in itself.

"Dream Day True Romance" takes you through the planning of a 70th anniversary party via going through a family photo/scrap book of memories. It takes place in a former home of the couple and it must be cleaned up and prepared for the party...that's where the player gets involved. You must find hidden objects and play mini games such as arranging furniture to complete your tasks. I know a lot of us skip the narration and just go through the levels of the games without finding out the story behind them. "Dream Day True Romance" is one that is well worth the time and attention. By the time you finish the game, you will feel like a family member at the party and find yourself in a very good mood (kind of like you feel at the end of a good romance novel), Show less

This game is so much fun to play with all the other little different games you play along with it, it's fun, easy, and most of all it's based on a true story. All of the pictures, and stories from the Bride, and Groom are true, as well as all of the letters. Try it!! YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!! I PROMISE!!!

I've only tried a couple of Dream Day games, and they differ in quality. What drew me to this one was the 70th anniversary and true-life romance of the game designer's grandparents, with real love letters, photos, and mementos. What a lovely tribute to create for one's grandparents, and it's a really nice game, too. Graphics are well done, and the hidden objects are intriguing, but not impossible. ...Show more

I always enjoy finding the three bluebirds in each scene that add extra hints. And the mini-puzzles had some real thought and creativity behind them, although finding the hidden flowers in the flower shop could be challenging. But the story behind the flower shop was absolutely lovely. A must-play game for anyone with romance in their soul. Show less

This 70-year true love story is wonderful game play. Not terribly challenging, but relaxing and absorbing. I love this whole series; what a fine change from the dark and disturbing.

This is really a lovely game that puts you in a really good mood! I loved the mini games and the thought behind them - such as some of the pieces of jewelry were wedding gifts from Bill to Helen. I want these people to live forever as a shiny example of what true love really is. Show less

Like the other games in this series, True Love is filled with entertaining HO scenes and mini games and gorgeous graphics. The scenes are realistic the house is beautiful!

The objective is preparing a house for a 50th wedding anniversary party by decorating rooms and reliving the couple's marriage through a scrapbook filled with mini games and HO scenes. It doesn't get repetitive and the HO scenes contribute to the storyline, so you feel like you're getting somewhere. The scenes are full, but they aren't crowded and items are easy to find.

This game is on the longer side, but good for beginners who want a HO game with plot. Show less
