Another smashing walls game with a quite interesting storyline. You are given an airship to travel to different countries, all with their own effects, & things to look out for & fortresses to be destroyed. The quest is to rid the world of Enigmatic Constants - if you know what that is!!! :)
There is a jade dragon that you find & insert scales to. This is part of a mystery to be discovered.

There is a jade dragon that you find & insert scales to. This is part of a mystery to be discovered.
If you should find treasure, that will finish the level & give double points.
There are the usual different types of weapons, & power ups to be caught, which are quite spectacular in comparison to other smashing games.
There are too many to mention, ie lanterns, manhole covers etc that rapidly change the balls. You really need to be ready, as you never know what form they will reappear in or where, or how many. There can be all sizes, coloured balls all @ the same time. It is quite a fast moving game.
There are all sorts of effects including fireworks
A bonus level will suddenly appear during your game/level & then return to game where you were interrupted.
There is a clue for each level @ bottom of page.
Mouse or keyboard can be used.
Music I hardly noticed, or the sound effects - maybe I was too busy!
The cursor is a bit touchy, but sensitivity apparently can be altered .
I immediately got this game when the trial was up. Show less

I wasn't keen on the graphics, but to be fair, it's an old game. I liked the music. I thought it was catchy and haunting, up until about level 50, when it just got annoying. It's a challenging game, frustrating at times. You get 5 lives per level. There are bonus games within some levels. I played it to the end, over several months. I felt it wasn't addictive and was one of those games where you dip in and out. I did enjoy the steampunk genre. There are 105 levels in this game, so you do get your money's worth in that department. Show less

I love the "brick" bashing games and I'm bored to tears with Action Ball. The graphics on this, as well as the fire power ups are terrific, but it needs some adjustment ! Seeing that this game is older, I don't think they ever bothered TO adjust it. Shame tho, cause it had a lot of potential. I would not recommend this game. Trying to control the bat (slow, med, fast) is just way too frustrating.

I don't recommend this game.
